At Kristian’s Tours, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service, ensuring that each tour meets the highest quality standards.
Your privacy is our priority. We take full responsibility for and protect your personal information, using it only to improve your experience and facilitate your trip. We invite you to read these terms to learn how we operate and what you can expect when traveling with us.

Reservations and Payments
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is made.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the tour will be subject to a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the tour will be subject to a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made within less than 7 days.
- No refunds will be made for services not used during the tour.
Modifications to the Itinerary
- The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, social and world conditions.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to offer equivalent alternatives in the event of changes.
Liability and Insurance
- Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, which covers medical expenses, lost luggage and other incidents.
- Participants are fully responsible for their personal belongings and ensuring that they are adequately protected against loss, damage or theft for the duration of the tour.
- The tour operator is not responsible for losses, damages, personal injuries, or any other incident that may occur during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of personal belongings, accidents, illnesses, delays, itinerary changes or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Travel Documents
- Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, prior to departure.
- The tour operator is not responsible for problems arising from the lack of adequate documentation.
Participant Behavior
- All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards the guide, other participants and the local communities visited.
- The tour operator reserves the right of admission.
Force Majeure
- The tour operator will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes in the itinerary due to force majeure circunstances, such as natural disasters, civil conflicts, strikes, etc.
Acceptance of Terms
- By making the deposit or full payment, the client accepts and confirms his/her understanding of the terms and conditions established by the tour operator.
