At Kristian’s Tours, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service, ensuring that each tour meets the highest quality standards.

Your privacy is our priority. We take full responsibility for and protect your personal information, using it only to improve your experience and facilitate your trip. We invite you to read these terms to learn how we operate and what you can expect when traveling with us.

Reservations and Payments
  • A 50% deposit of the total cost is required upon booking confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before the tour start date, full payment will be required upon confirmation.
  • Prices are subject to change until full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, payment terms and conditions may vary, including the possibility of requiring full payment earlier. These special conditions will be clearly communicated to the client upon booking confirmation.
  • If the corresponding payment is not received within the established deadlines, Kristian’s Tours reserves the right to cancel or release the booking, after notifying the client.
  • For your convenience, all payment dates and deadlines will be communicated to the client in writing during the booking process.
  • Any bank charges, transfer fees, or additional costs arising from the selected payment method will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour start date will be subject to a 70% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the tour start date will be subject to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services during the tour, including but not limited to early departures, late arrivals, or personal decisions made by the client.
  • All refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may be subject to administrative processing times and bank charges beyond the tour operator’s control.
  • If the cancellation affects services previously booked with third parties (hotels, transportation, private experiences, specialized guides, or other suppliers), the refund will be subject to the cancellation policies of those suppliers.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be considered effective from the date of receipt of the notification.
Modifications to the Itinerary
  • The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary when such modifications are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, social or operational situations, or events of national or international scope.
  • In the event that itinerary modifications are required, reasonable efforts will be made to offer equivalent alternatives, striving to maintain the quality and nature of the services originally contracted.
Liability and Insurance
  • Participants are responsible for having valid travel insurance that covers, at a minimum, medical expenses, accidents, cancellations, lost luggage, and any other unforeseen events that may arise before or during the trip.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times and must ensure they are properly protected against loss, damage, or theft for the duration of the tour.
  • Kristian’s Tours acts as the operator and coordinator of tour services and will not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, illnesses, delays, cancellations, or any other incidents that occur as a result of acts or omissions of third parties, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, social situations, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
  • Participation in the offered activities implies the voluntary acceptance of the inherent risks, which may vary depending on the nature of each experience.
  • Participants are advised to carefully review their travel insurance coverage before the start of the tour.
Travel Documents
  • Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, immigration permits, and any other requirements imposed by the relevant authorities, before the tour start date.
  • The tour operator will not be liable for any inconvenience, delays, cancellations, or additional expenses resulting from the participant’s failure to provide the required documentation, including but not limited to passports, visas, or other documentation.
Participant Behavior
  • All participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior toward staff, guides, service providers, other participants, and the local communities visited during the tour.
  • Participants must comply with the rules, instructions, and recommendations provided by the tour operator or its designated staff to ensure safety, order, and the smooth running of the experience.
  • The tour operator reserves the right to refuse admission and to refuse participation, and may deny, limit, or cancel the participation of any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive to the normal course of the tour, without any refunds or compensation.
  • Any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred as a result of improper behavior will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
Force Majeure
  • The tour operator will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes or service interruptions that occur as a result of force majeure circumstances, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, civil conflicts, strikes, government acts, health emergencies or other events beyond its control.
Acceptance of Terms
  • By making the deposit, partial payment or full payment for the services, the client confirms having read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions established by the tour operator.
